Decided to keep things easy with the stamina workout again today. My sleep schedule continues to be completely out of whack, unsurprisingly. Strangely, I felt that I was fairly tight during this workout, particularly in the hip/thigh/groin area. I don't really know why this would be, although I suspect it's related to my continued efforts to increase the flexibility in that area. I didn't follow the workout quite as closely as usual today, making quite a few allowances for my knee. And just my mood in general, I guess... I was feeling somewhat out of it, and that was probably reflected throughout the workout. No idea what I'll go for tomorrow... it'll likely depend on when I'm sleeping and things like that.
I always like going simple but sometime things just get complicated.
