Well, ended up missing the workout last night. I feel like I had a pretty good excuse, though... I had a really nasty toothache, and in my attempts to make it stop or at least make it less painful, ended up taking some old Vicodin I had, which in turn caused me to end up shivering under the blankets for a good long while. In the end, there just wasn't any point during the night that I actually felt really up to doing a workout. However, not wanting to get too far behind, by which I mean not take any more days off, I went for the yoga abs workout tonight. I have been holding the tooth pain in check with Tylenol, and will hopefully be able to get in and get it taken care of tomorrow. The workout tonight was a little tough... my abs were really kind of weak for some reason, although it's possible that reason was hunger. I think the painkillers are messing with my sense of hunger, among other things. That's pretty much all for tonight. I don't know if I'll try and do an extra workout sometime, or just keep on the daily schedule. I'll probably just keep on, and eventually I hope to be getting in multi-workout days anyway, particularly abs and something else. Will almost certainly play some DDR tomorrow, unless I'm still a little off from painkillers. Until then...
I get the same trouble occasionally. I so know what you mean. Good luck with this issue. I'm sorry i can't be of any help.
