Made my return to Dearborn ultimate 3 weeks after the original injury. Warmed up with the running workout at the field, just because timing of other things resulted in me getting there early but not having a convenient option to do the workout at home first. Which was a little unfortunate, since it was somewhat chilly out, relatively. Tried to take it a little bit easier today overall, stay off the ground, not run in to people, that sort of thing. Actually managed to do all that. Knee felt okay for the most part... a little bit weird, but that's probably to be expected. However, it didn't really hurt during play, so that's probably a pretty good sign. Did the all sports workout after I got home... was a somewhat short night out there, probably because of the chill and overcast conditions. First night really back though, so a short night probably wasn't a bad thing. We'll see how the knee feels tomorrow, but I'm fairly optimistic. As long as I keep from banging it again, I should be back to full in a few weeks, I think. Much like when I dislocated the shoulder, and when I chipped the bone in my elbow, have to play a little more cautious than usual, stay off the ground, and let it rebuild itself. Tough, but I think I can do it. That's it for tonight... planning on ramping up my workouts again, so will try to do an abs workout tomorrow early-ish. Until then...
Say what?! Feel tomorrow? Go see your physician straight away
