Had a hard time deciding if I was going to do a workout tonight, but finally went for it. Just did the yoga abs workout... my side isn't doing that well, and balance ball seems to aggravate it somewhat, so that seemed like a bad idea. The workout went well enough... I was staying very aware of my side, so that I didn't push it too hard, and I think I succeeded with that. Not really much else to say... they've downgraded the forecast for tomorrow, but it should still be better than yesterday, so hopefully we'll get decent turnout. Until then...
